In March of this year AAA sent out a notice to no-fault arbitration program participants.
AAA was informing us that arbitrators would be assigned statewide, effective for hearings starting in June of this year.
Essentially, every arbitrator can now hear cases from every applicant.
Regardless of location or proximity.
There are those who believe that this does WNY applicants a disservice.
However, taken in stride with the change to all remote video conferenced-hearings, I believe that there is a lot to look forward to.
There are number of reasons to believe that this unification of the arbitrator pool will be beneficial and if anyone is interested in learning more about why I understand this new system to be helpful to applicants, they can contact me at their leisure.
